*We start our CAREGivers off at $11.50 per hour for 90 days and then they get a raise to $12.00 per hour.  We pay $12.00 per hour as a starting wage for CNAs, HHAs, etc and then $12.50 per hour after 90 days.*

Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate individuals to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.  Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain safe in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.  
 

Serving Our Client's Needs (non-medical):

• Alzheimer's/Dementia care
• Companionship
• Driving to appointments and errands
• Hospice care
• Light housekeeping (mopping, taking out the garbage, dishes, dusting, etc)
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Mobility, stability and transferring assistance
• Personal care needs (bathing, dressing, etc.)
• Toileting and incontinence assistance

*Prior experience preferred, but not required- skills training provided by Home Instead®*

Requirements for All Applicants:

• Compassion, honesty and dependability a must!
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be willing to drive up to 25 miles from your home to a client's home
• Must be willing to work every-other weekend OR every Saturday OR every Sunday
• Must complete AND pass a full background check, DMV check and pre-employment drug screen
• Must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle with auto insurance
